Carolina Claims Service, Inc. markets our services to insurance companies, managing general agents, municipalities, self-insureds, defense attorneys and third party administrators. We feel there is a need for an independent claims service with prior company experience, which understands customer obsession, quality, loss expense control and severity control. Our staff knows how to deliver prompt, technically correct insurance services at reasonable rates.

With the members of our staff averaging over 20 years experience in the insurance industry, our staff is well trained in the handling of property and casualty claims.

With offices in Columbia and Greenville, we cover the entire State of South Carolina, western North Carolina and the bordering counties of Georgia including Augusta. All adjusters have defined territories and our centralized dispatch system allows us to respond to our client's needs swiftly, thus eliminating unnecessary contact problems with insureds and claimants. In addition, our state of the art computer equipment, telephone system and digital Dictaphone system give our adjusters all the tools they need to handle the claims correctly and efficiently.
