Glynn handles property claims from our Columbia office throughout the State of South Carolina. Glynn has over thirty-five years experience in property claims. Our staff utilizes Glynn’s knowledge to assist them when handling claims. Glynn has extensive knowledge in handling all types of property claims including commercial and residential fire losses, large water claims, contents claims, Prior to joining Carolina Claims Service Glynn was South Carolina Staff Manager for Independent Fire Insurance Company.  Glynn served our nation during the Vietnam War as a member of the US Air Force.

Ernest J. King -Partner/Large Loss Adjuster

Ernie, a partner in our company, serves as our large loss specialist annually handling numerous claims in excess of seven figures.  Ernie handles complex claims throughout the state of South Carolina.  Ernie now has over thirty years experience in property claims and utilizes both his extensive technical skills and his superior people skills, to deliver a quality product to our clients.  Ernie is on the speed-dial of many of our clients’ phone systems, as they know he will deliver a quality product while treating our clients’ policyholders in a very professional manner.  Prior to becoming a partner with Carolina Claims Service, Ernie was a staff adjuster with Independent Fire Insurance Co.

Leigh Kendall – Adjuster Columbia SC Office

Leigh handles property claims throughout the State of South Carolina.  Leigh has over fifteen years experience in property and casualty claims. Leigh has developed a strong following with our clients who utilize her skills to handle property losses including commercial and residential fire losses, water losses, hail claims and task assignments.  Prior to working with Carolina Claims Service, Leigh was employed by GAB Robins as an adjuster, having worked her way up from an administrative position.  She now handles multi-line claims throughout South Carolina.

Chuck Young – Adjuster in Charge, Greenville and the Upstate of SC

Chuck is responsible for handling both property and casualty claims in the Upstate of South Carolina including the cities of Greenville, Spartanburg, Greenwood, Clemson, Anderson, and the surrounding areas.  Chuck has over 20 years experience in the proper handling of claims.  Chuck began his career as a liability adjuster with Gay & Taylor and was then trained extensively in the handling of property claims.  His extensive knowledge gained while in the contracting arena will be of great benefit to our company.  We are very pleased to have Chuck back on board.

Sean joined Carolina Claims Service, Inc. during the summer of 2009 after graduating from The University of South Carolina.  Sean has worked extensively with Ernie King and Glynn Goforth as a trainee, and is now handling property claims under their tutelage throughout the State of South Carolina. Sean brings a solid work ethic and has proven to be a fantastic addition to our staff. He understands the importance of providing a quality claims product and is very customer obsessed.

Dominick Ciserano – Liability Claims Specialist all of South Carolina/Catastrophe Manager

Dominick handles complex liability claims throughout the State of South Carolina. Dominick has over thirty years experience in the proper handling of liability claims including complex mediations, serious bodily injury claims, transportation claims, cargo losses, employee dishonesty claims, and various task assignments. Dominick also serves as Catastrophe Manager for Carolina Claims Service, Inc. having managed numerous storms throughout the Southeast with very satisfactory results for our clients. 

Dominick has a very dedicated group of clients who take advantage of his strong analytical and organizational skills.  Our clients are comfortable in knowing that when an assignment is sent his way Dominick will provide a quality product, in a timely manner. Dominick was South Carolina Branch Manager for GAB Robins prior to joining Carolina Claims Service.  He has also served as Manager for Gay & Taylor and as an adjuster with Crawford and Company.

Scott, a partner in the firm, is responsible for business development for Carolina Claims Service, Inc.  Scott has over 25 years experience in the field of business development.  Scott is currently serving as Southeast Regional Vice-President of the National Association of Independent Adjusters. Scott has served on the Nominating Committee for the National Association of Independent Adjusters, as well as the Conference Site Selection Committee.  He also has served on the Vision, and National Advisory Committees of the NAIIA.   Scott is a Member of the South Carolina Claims Management Association, and is Past-President of the South Carolina Claims Association as well as Past-President of the Columbia Claims Association and is still very active in both associations.

Melany is very customer obsessed and understands the importance of providing our clients with the top rate service they deserve.
